The Three Core Components of Rapid rehousing
Housing Identification
Recruit landlords, match participants to appropriate housing that is decent, safe, will be affordable after their assistance ends, and ensure the household has choice in their housing
Rent and Move-In Assistance
Help with the costs associated with moving into housing (e.g., security deposits, utility deposits)
Case Management and Service
Provide tailored, voluntary, wrap-around supportive services designed to help households obtain and maintain their housing (e.g., connections to mainstream resources, employment, applying for benefits)
We’re here to Support You
Advocacy
We help build community support for youth rapid re-housing programs by working with youth advocates, assembling local leaders, and assisting with funding meetings. We help programs identify solutions by bringing together larger networks of leaders to create change from the local level up.
Technical Assistance
We provide intensive TA to help with rapid re-housing program funding and implementation, hiring/training staff, ongoing support, and troubleshooting, connecting with field experts and other providers, access to a growing resource library, program handbooks, and quarterly webinars with leading providers across the country.
