My name is Kay Jackson, I'm from the Bronx, NYC. I'm a long-time standing PSY YAC member and I also had a hand in creating the Direct Cash Transfers Plus model for New York City .I'm also a mother of 2 beautiful boys. I hope my continued hard work and efforts will one day lead to a system I'm proud to have been apart of.
