Anti Racism Practices within the Nonprofit Industrial Complex

The work to dismantle white supremacy and become truly anti-racist is work that never ends. This session will serve as an introduction into naming, defining and dismantling white supremacist structural violence within service work. Attendees will walk away with tools to co-create brave and liberatory spaces with the BIPOC young people they serve who are impacted by structural violence, within and across systems.
