Youth and Young Adults Centralized Diversion Fund

Diversion, aka housing problem-solving, is a flexible way to house young people immediately outside of the homeless response system. In this session you will hear from the leaders who created and manage the Youth and Young Adults (YYA) Homelessness Prevention & Diversion Fund and learn how this program is successfully housing YYA in rural communities.
