Host Homes Marketing and Recruitment Training

The power of host homes is community. The successful recruitment of affirming hosts that are able to provide secure, stable and brave spaces for youth participants is central to the overall success of the program. This two hour training, led by rural providers and advocates, will provide attendees with an in-depth marketing and recruitment overview including: how to pitch your host home program, tactics for marketing your host home program in rural communities, best practices for engaging rural communities in host homes as well as deep dives into successful strategic frameworks for recruitment. Whether you're in the early stages of developing your program or you're in the process of expansion this training will support attendees in building stronger foundations with their communities to better support the young people they serve.
