The work to dismantle white supremacy and become truly anti-racist is work that never ends. This session will serve as an introduction to naming, defining, and dismantling anti-Blackness and anti-native structural violence within rural communities. Attendees will walk away with tools to co-create brave and liberatory spaces with the BIPOC young people they serve who are impacted by structural violence, within and across systems.
