Inspired by the powerful and landmark work and advocacy of The Nap Ministry, this session will explore the rest as a central component and tool in advocacy, liberation, and movement-building. This session will explore how to institute rest on a macro level within your organizations. Hear leaders share best practices for intentionally centering rest at the macro-level organizationally and how we can begin to consistently plan rest into our everyday lives, during COVID-19 and beyond.
