Re-evaluating Intake Processes and Coordinated Entry

Intake processes and coordinated entry primarily need to meet the needs of the communities we serve, while also creating efficiencies across and within systems. This session, focusing on supporting QTBIPOC clients, will examine best practices for intake and coordinated entry, provide tactics for re-evaluation, review thoughtful communication, and underscore the importance of having practices that uplift rather than re-traumatize.
